Embrace Wellbeing With The Gentle Touch Of Craniosacral Therapy

Speak to Us

Craniosacral therapy involves light, gentle touch to detect and support the craniosacral rhythm by gently holding, cradling and supporting specific areas of the body including the skull, spin and sacrum.

Craniosacral therapy was developed in the 1970’s by Dr. John Upledger, an American osteopathic physician. Dr. Upledger proposed that gentle manipulation and assessment of the craniosacral system could be used to detect and correct imbalances and restrictions, leading to improvements in overall health and wellbeing.

Craniosacral therapy is a holistic approach that considers the interconnection of physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of health. The goal is to promote balance and self-healing.
