Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often referred to as “tapping”, was introduced by Gary Craig, an American engineer and personal performance coach who was seeking a technique that can be learned by others that could help set them free from emotional, physical and behavioral ailments in their lives.

EFT Paves the Path to Inner Peace and Balance

Speak to Us

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), is a holistic and alternative therapy that combines elements of traditional psychotherapy with acupressure. It is a form of exposure therapy, where the practice involves naming the challenge or trigger, acknowledging it and describing the aspects that a person finds challenging about it, while practicing affirmations and tapping along acupressure points. This combination of facing the challenge and expressing acceptance – a component at the heart of healing practices in different traditions – along with tapping to stimulate different meridian points allows the body and energy system to shift and process the pattern into release so that it is no longer stuck.
