We are able to do so by providing psychoeducation and easily integrate-able practices from the lens of holistic care, one that recognizes the interconnection between habits, emotion, environment, interpersonal dynamics, self-talk and physical symptoms.

Each client has different levels of needs and may benefit from holistic support that goes beyond the traditional medical model. Our team is ready to provide clients with Private & Semi-Private practices that can help address a particular health concern.
Our space was intentionally designed to be able to create small group experiences where people can feel supported by the facilitator and comfortable to engage with others. These themed practices may be singular sessions or a series and are open for people to register on a first-come first-serve basis.
Our workshops are intended to provide participants with the opportunity to learn more about a variety of healing modalities by trusted providers and seasoned practitioners. The world of alternative therapies has grown richer in responding to a variety of stressors and conditions, and it is a pleasure to share this knowledge in appropriate ways that uphold ethical standards of safety. Similarly, the world of ancient wellbeing practices is also gaining recognition by the mainstream medical field for their value in promoting health and longevity. We look to offer workshops on a variety of skills, theories and practices that help you live a better life.
Having had the privilege of learning and training under the supervision of renowned healing experts from all over the world, it gives us great pleasure to create opportunities to connect with our teachers, mentors and colleagues who have a richness of experience to share. Amy is our wonderful holistic physiotherapist. She is certified in Pilates and Yoga and provides private and semi private focused sessions to support increased alignment, agility, balance, mobility and strength for specific concerns including chronic back pain, posture fragility, pre and post natal support and more.

Yes! We offer private and semi-private Lifestyle Medicine services. These sessions take place in our wellness studio which is dedicated to small group practices in mindfulness, pilates, yoga, qi gong and somatic exercises.
Yes, we do have a cancellation policy and require 24 hours advance notice. Late notification is subject to full charge. Should we be the ones cancelling the event, we will offer full re-imbursement.

Yes! Continuing to develop skills and experiences that you found beneficial during a small group practice or an educational workshop can be offered as a private session or a small group session.
